what is going on at wyze, i have a real problem, i trey to get ahold of agent, its stupid ai, get past ai, get i think a real person who knows, they have no contact or way to contact seattle washington where wyze has a business… my problem and other ppls, wyze portal online is down no cameras no live events, report it to agent, they are clueless, slow to respond, uhmmm want to make sure i am me logged in although they saw me logged in?.. yes im me… no responses… crickets…
the issue: web portal no cameras, live events no clips online, ok??? my damn app ios newest stable release version on all apple devices, accoiunt logged in, no active cam subscriptions in services nothing its like im not logged in but i am… cloud recordings, paid for detection algorithms, nothing working.. logged in and out of apps on different devicesd and back in, cleared the cache.. AMAAZING basic troubleshooting didnt fix it.. why!!! oh probably a network backend issue ON WYZE THE BUSINESS SIDE… let me think oh well they are located out of wa state 2 hrs from my house.. do the employees and company management not use there own junk they sell? not working. HELLO and any trace of todays issue started around noon or before hand on 9-8-2026, nothing posted anywhere even on there own forum? strange but down detector is showing issues.. what do the network engineers at wyze do all day? because if they were paying me i would be making sure there stuff worked 24/7 with no downtime or issues… not eating donuts and hitting on the females at work…
come on wyze, yer own support agents cant contact you in washington in usa??? what is a cam subscription, its my faault the user… no i dont get a paycheck to test and troubleshoot there junk.. i pay them my money and give them free support… im about to jump ship.. FIX IT!!
