We have many Wyze products that include scales, home monitoring, cameras, robot vacs, watch, headphones, doorbells, locks, etc. Recently we bought Wyze climate and water detection sensors for another home. We received them and then realized that we need the Wyze Sense Hub and it says this in the product description. But, what it doesn’t say is that the Wyze Sense Hub isn’t sold separately but must be bought at as a part of the home monitoring bundle. The water and climate product description should note that you CANNOT buy the hub separately and must be part of the home monitoring service. So, I have sensors that I cannot hook up because I cannot purchase the hub separately. I do not need the monitoring service at this location.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
