The security systems door key pad does not respond. Also the system will not properly disarm via app at times. This sets off the alarm and dispatch. I’ve called them multiple times. They send you to a 3rd party app to do some log of your personal app info which makes me uneasy.
Is anyone else having the issue of not being able to program or disarm the system using the keypad and/or app. Keypad is much worse.
