As a little background, I have lost what I would call a substantial amount of weight. About 60 lbs with in a could of months.
When i click the trends and history button and choose week or month, The graph shows almost completely flat even though i may have lost two plus lbs that week. The reason being is the Y-axis does not change in relation to the upper and lower limits for that specific time. In my eyes. the y-axis graph should be a lot smaller to show progress better.
Also, when looking at the graph, I’d really like to see little circles next to each and every data point in the week and month view as that gives me an idea when i’m looking at the graph if the line was interpolated or there is truly a weight data point there.
One last thing, I’d really like to see the line be a straight line from data point to data point instead of the curvy line. When zoomed out at a months view it’s hard to say if the high point after a weekend for instance was 1 weigh in or 3 weigh ins. If it’s a little jagged or multiple small circles then i know it was several weigh ins. (Maybe give the option for which type of graph to choose as a settings option)
Maybe have a secondary dashed line to depict a “Trend” line. (Maybe have this feature as a toggle on/off)
I will admit, I came from the fitbit app that utilized these all of these recommendations and thought their weigh in/ graph software was very good.
I’d be happy to discuss with anyone more in detail.
