Wyze Robot Vacuum only spins in circles and won’t move

My Wyze Robot Vacuum is only spinning in circles and won’t move forward.

This happens every time I start it, and it also happens when I try to create a map. It never proceeds to clean or map the area—it just keeps spinning in place.

I have already checked both wheels and cleaned the sensors, but the problem still happens.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could it be a problem with one of the wheel motors, the sensors, or the LiDAR?
