Bil the wyze rep. Doesn’t do a good job on troubleshooting wyze products, it looks like he sends back an answer that would be for fixing any electronic device? Is there some way to talk to someone else at wyze to help me troubleshoot my device with another rep?

Can you post what issue you are having? It would help to include the following:
Looks like you are using an Apple Device, correct?
- Wyze App version
- Which Devices you are having issues with
- Firmware of the devices you are having an issue with
