Wyze Outdoor Cam Offline

Can someone provide me with an email address to contact support?
I have two Outdoor Cams that are showing the “offline” message, and I’ve been unable to force them to reconnect. I’ve confirmed that the app shows the cameras and base station have the latest firmware, that the cameras are in range of the base station, and that they are charged. Then I attempted restarting the base station, with disconnected power for 20 seconds. I’ve also tried resetting the Outdoor Cams. They are great cameras for my purposes when they work, but currently they are expensive and frustrating paperweights.
