My Wyze smartwatch has died. The touch screen is no longer working. It’s my second one and I can’t replace it since they are currently out of stock. So, I bought another “generic” smart watch, it’s IDW19 if that helps.
I’m getting my text messages, FB messenger, the WEATHER works! LOL
But I’m NOT getting my Wyze alerts. The alerts ARE going to the phone as always, but not “forwarding” to the new watch. I’ve gone round and round and round and all the settings are correct on the Wyze app, the watch, the watch app, the phone…etc.
Is Wyze just NOT playing nice with this type of smart watch? Thx for any help. JJ
