# WYZE Micro SD

Ok calling all wonderful techies, please.  
Understanding: I am not techie just learning to know how Wyze works. Patience is required to deal with me. TIA!!!  
Problem:  
One SD Micro Card installed on 1 camera. Small sd 32gb.  
Finally receiving my SD reader (quickly YES!)  
Took SD out of camera,  
Connected to our computer  
Insert SD into reader.  
Found a bunch of files btw, wrong time date.  
Played several and…  
Picture Perfect…  
NO SOUND What the heck am I doing wrong?  
My settings? If so, which settings do I fix?  
Oh please help us before we really need the Help from LEOs.  
TIA 💟  
My time now is approximately 5pm. I am going to make dinner. I will check back after dinner and tomorrow and how ever long it takes.

There is a setting (defaults to off as I recall) on the Advanced Settings page for “Record Sound”. Make sure it’s turned on.

Settings are set as you suggested and now we are Happy.
