Wyze Lock - Logs/Alerts/Events screwed up

I have two issues going on with my new Wyze Lock:

  1. It is consistently showing the incorrect time for an event. The time is off by just over two hours. About 2 hours 15 minutes.

  2. My event list is no longer updating under the lock. The last event I show is last night. But there has been at least 6 locking/unlocking events of the Wyze Lock today, but they don’t appear.

I believe @JonathanF would be the one to help you with these issues, and probably a good idea to start a support ticket if you haven’t already.
