I own two Wyze Locks, one I bought during the intro and another when they became available again. Both are experiencing the same issue, the status on the screen with all my devices shows the locks as open when they are locked. If you select the locks they show locked.

Have you deleted and re added them to app?
Have you re calibrated them? Have you tried fresh batteries? I ask because if you have Iād contact support.
