Wyze Lock Bolt v2 Goes Offline Every Few Days

Hey everyone. I’ve been having issues with my Wyze Lock Bolt v2 that I purchased recently. I have it connect to my 2.4ghz wifi network and the signal strength on the device info page is full bars. It’s using the latest firmware 1.1.6. Every few days, the device goes “offline” in the Wyze app. The device continues to work when interfacing with it manually. The only way to fix the offline issue is to remove the batteries and then plug them back in (rebooting the device). This smells of a firmware issue, one that reminds me of an issue with the Wyze plugs from years ago where there was a memory leak caused by logs that would eventually take down the network interface. I’m curious if anyone else is dealing with this same issue.

For what it’s worth, I have a bunch of Wyze devices throughout my house: cameras, security hub, plugs. None of them are having issues. I’ve even did a hard reset of the device, still goes offline every few days.

Would be awesome if Wyze looked into this!

I have just installed a deadbolt V2 unit I’m experiencing the same issue I am using T-Mobile ultimate home internet I’ve had other devices do the same thing with the T-Mobile ultimate internet when I moved that device to a ziply 2.4 at another location the device works as it should there is something I believe between T-Mobile home and Weis also a Philips brand that I thought was the suspect that the two technicians senior technicians at both T-Mobile and wise should get together and figure this issue out I am in the middle very frustrated that two companies cannot speak to each other and solve this issue why do we need to be the Crash Test Dummies

Having the same issue using T-Mobile with Wyze deadbolt, Ring camera seems perfectly stable.
