Wyze Lock Bolt keypad unresponsible but functional with app

I have two Wyze Lock Bolts and both have had the save issues. Periods (lasting days or weeks) where the keypad is totally unresponsive (no sound or light) but the lock works perfectly with the app. Both locks have fresh batteries, normal operating temperatures, and are up to date. Previously they have come out of this “limp mode” on their own, but I have one now that is stuck and won’t work again and it’s becoming quite annoying.
