Wyze Issue

Is there something going on with the latest Beta App update? I had an issue 3 days in a row with my band losing connection. Only way to fix it was to restart phone. Then the latest app update comes out. The band seems to be stable now. But the cloud interaction as far as events and looking at playback is absolutely horrible.

Not that we’ve seen on our end – have you submitted a log for the Band when that connectivity issue was occurring? Is the app itself having a tough time pulling up and displaying those Events and Playback video now? If so, would you submit a log through the app and let me know the log number?
