Wyze Home hub randomly shutting down

My wyze home hub randomly shuts down, then comes back up. Nothing has changed. Checked the connections, no issues noted there. No internet issues. I will open the app see that it is offline with all the sensors offline as well. Look at the hub and notice just one of 3 lights on. Then anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes later, everything is back online… just happens intermittently. Ideas anyone?

You may need to submit a log, sounds unusual. Best thing to do may be to contact Support, then submit the log if they request it. They may also believe the hardware is defective:
