Wyze folks ignoring me

Is anyone else having the same problem that I am? My problem is that I received a Robo vac as a Christmas gift three weeks ago. We have been unable to set the Robo vac up through the app. After troubleshooting and doing everything the Wyze technicians advised they have simply shut down and completely stopped communicating with me. They continue to ignore all of my inquiries. I am now stuck with a Robo vac that wanders aimlessly around the house that I can’t control through my app in any way shape or form. VERY frustrating!!! NOT at all what I have come to expect from Wyze. Is this company going belly up?

I was in the same boat and they contacted me eventually. Also, the manual mode of the robot doesn’t “wander aimlessly”. It first goes around the perimeter to map the area and then cleans within that perimeter.
