Thank u appreciate the reply
I was having the issues, when I updated to the latest Beta of the app, my FLPro has been connecting on WiFi and off WiFi without issues. Cannot explain why, but it appears to be working consistently now.
Interestingly, I am on FW Version 2.2.1.1326 @carverofchoice , what FW are you on?
I would not update to any Floodlight Pro firmware, or any other cam for that matter, until the firmware has been mentioned as being released
Edit: When we have an updated firmware I will circle around and also update everyone in here.
Interesting. That is the same firmware I was on where it was not connecting when I switched to mobile data, and would then connect if I connected locally again… but I haven’t updated to today’s new beta app yet. Let me go try that and report back.
Thank you
I was having the same issue but decided to retry when I got the beta app. Did not expect it to work, but has been since I installed it. Cannot explain why
Will be interested in hearing what you find out with your testing
Turns out my app was already on the new beta app. Must have updated automatically earlier. But when I tried to connect a half hour ago it wouldn’t work on Mobile data, and now I just tried again and it is streaming even on mobile data.
Maybe the app auto-update happened in the last 30 minutes and that explains why it now connects remotely (the new app might fix it?), but it definitely wasn’t connecting 30+ minutes ago unless I was local, and now it’s allowing me to connect from a different network.
I am absolutely not advocating for anyone to update to FW Version 2.2.1.1326 but I confirm that it is suddenly working for me on mobile data at the moment for some reason while using App Android: 3.15.0.b808. Don’t take my word over Jason’s warning since it might not be definitively fixed and they probably won’t roll you back a second time:
I recall there was someone else in here who mentioned their cameras suddenly worked remotely one day then went back to not working remotely again. We might just be experiencing a temporary work like they did. I would wait until there is a new firmware update to be certain it’s not temporary.
Glad to hear it is working with yours as well. Maybe there was a glitch in the code for the app. ![]()
@WyzeJasonJ , anyway you can check with the dev team on if the issue has been resolved with the latest Beta App update? Or are @carverofchoice and I am outlier?
This is another great example why it’s great that a few of us chose not to rollback. It is an interesting development.
I agree. Like you, I try not to roll back unless there is a major issue
Spamoni,
Did you ever upgrade to 2.2.1.1335? That was version which 100% failure for everyone on remote connections. …1223 is the rolled back version where the failure doesn’t appear.
So the progression of FLP FW versions is …1223, …1326, …1335
Yes, I did mention that one of my 7 FLPs did indeed work intermittently with …1326
You have to keep in mind that the issue is related to SSL/TLS authentication between a client and server. So our camera is the client and the server is AWS computer in the cloud. So the SW on the server side could also be changed to accommodate the apparent working state. Whether our SW app on Android/ IOS/web browser would not play into that.
So the fact that SW app says …1326 can be the most current is a misnomer or placeholder based on version you’re currently on. The app should really say …1326 is the “next” FW that can be upgraded to. I have 1 unrolled back FLP and it is still on …1335 and doesn’t have indication of another version that it could be updated to.
I was seeing the issue as everyone else was after updating my FLP. I never provided my Mac as I wanted to stay on the provided FW. Issue was constant and could not view FLP when off network. After the latest Beta App Release, my FLP connects without issues.
I did not roll back my Firmware and did do the update as referenced above. But for some reason, my FW is at an earlier version and not at the .1335
Not sure how I got back to the .1326 version of the FW.
.1326 now shows as the latest Beta version on my app. So they must have finally declared .1335 to be insane, pulled it, and force rolled everyone back. At least that is my guess.
I had WyzeJasonJ roll my 3 FLPs back to the last stable release version so I could have my cameras working again.
Can you please roll back my firmware

Jason,
I’m encountering same issue on one of my FLP even with the rolled back v …1223
Even with rolled back v2.2.1.1223, still unable to connect to Livestream depending on time of day. No distinct pattern when it decides to “behave”. When it fails at step 2/3, get Error code -15. When it gets to 3/3 briefly (possibly 1-3 secs) and then can’t maintain connection, the Error code is -16.

So even .1223 isn’t a complete fix. Anyone else seeing this?
And can you please comment to this thread on .1326 is a taker or not?
1223 is connecting fine for me from any remote network. I’m surprised you’re having issues. Good luck.
I’m staying put on 1223 until they release a confirmed fixed Beta.
I have the same issue on the 2.2.1.1335 firmware…either how do i get it rolled back or when will they come out with the fix. Its been a little while now and I unfortunatley jumped on the 2.2.1335 firmware not realizing that there would be an issue on non wifi access
I DM’ed WyzeJasonJ as he instructed with my MAC addresses of my FLPs. He got the engineering team to downgrade my FLPs after this and they started working again.
Spamoni,
When you say .1326 works for you, which client are you using? The issue we are having is when using ios26.x client. Android 16 works with .1326 for me but ios26.5 does not.
Hello Jason, Can you please have then roll back these two MAC addresses for my cameras please.
