Wyze Duo Cam Pan Firmware HELP

Hi,

I have a duo pan cam that will not connect reliably and only once has it setup in the app, connected and I could see the picture, I then tried to firmware update it and now it will add and say it’s connected but then just flash blue and red and lose it’s connection, I want to manually update the firmware but it says that I would need to download the firmware but cannot find the download on the website, I need someone to send me the firmware so I can try to flash manually, HELP.

That model can’t be manually updated, and it sounds like you already updated it anyway?

Blue and red means it is trying to connect to wifi. Try bringing it closer to your router to see if it connects. If not, then there are settings you can tweak in your router to see if it helps.
