Wyze doorbell volume different on 2 phones

When I answer the doorbell with a Galaxy S10, the sound coming out of the doorbell speaker is almost inaudible and we have trouble hearing what the person at the doorbell is saying. If I answer with a Galaxy s23 then there is no problem. We have no problems using the S10 phone with other apps or making phone calls. Is there a setting in the wyse app to adjust microphone pickup and speaker volume?
