Your work around does the trick, really frustrating.
As much as I hated to spend money to fix a problem I didn’t create… bought the Pro and don’t have any issues with it. So far it’s working flawlessly and response times are much better. Live feed is quick, phone notifications are faster. Considered just dumping all my Wyze cams but just too much invested in it now so decided to try the Pro first. Hopefully it continues to work as well as it is at the moment.
Last Saturday (?) I updated to 184.108.40.2064
For the past week the doorbell has been working the way it should. No longer hangs and good connection. Finally it may be fixed.
I don’t see an update, how did you get yours to update to .314?
I believe that I am on the beta program. This release is probably part of that. I figured the doorbell hadn’t been working anyway, that I might as well try the beta program.
I’ll need to check the Beta program then!
This beta is an improvement, at least now more than just a doorbell.
