Wyze connection issue

All but one of my cameras have gone OFFLINE this morning upon startup of my app. Is there WYZE server issue or something ?

What do I do ? Just keep trying to connect until they come back online ?

Imagine, I have the Wyze Lock Bolt… Doesn’t recognize my fingerprint, but codes work.

What’s the protocol here ?
How are we notified of Server/network etc issues that shut us down and STATUS of repairs ?

Please tell me the protocol here and if the servers are down when will my service be available. How do I find out the status and how am I notified.
I have no idea if the problem is at my end or your end. Please let me know ASAP.

The issue is not on your end, it’s most likely a service partner server outage. The best course of action during a server or service partner outage is to take no action and wait for system recovery. Attempting to delete, install or reinstall devices or app during an outage may require additional user actions after system recovers. Wyze will announce status in the Wyze News section.

My cameras are down in 2 states: Alaska and Pennsylvania. Somethibg is wrong on a large scale from Wyze’s end.

The thing that seemed the most strange to me was that the outage is only affecting some of my devices. About half of them are still working and the other half are absolutely not connecting. I don’t know if that’s unusual, but it certainly seems like it’s going to be Noticed and corrected based on your text above to me.

Seems that most of my devices have recovered however EVENTS have not.
None of mt EVENTS are working.

Events are temporarily disabled:

Wyze BatteryCam Pro won’t connect. Other 3 cameras ( different kinds) are connected. Deleted device and set it up again, still says Failed to connect. Why would only 1 ( less than a year old) do this?

I still have several cams down as well…it has been nearly 12 hours since we have gotten an update. That is not acceptable. What is the status?

Same here in Plymouth Ma: my battery powered outdoor inits do not connect to base station: it has been 24 hours!!!

One of my four cameras is still down. Battery powered cam is working, though, it’s a plug-in that isn’t. Not great considering the one down is my most important camera in the house.

My account which I started last night isn’t even recognized and it doesn’t show my cams exist. ??
