Wyze car debit card charge

so on april 1st i managed to purchase the wyze car, I even got a conformation email saying that it once it ships ill get a shipping number. i checked my debit card acount and the charge for the car went through, but this morning I got the charge re-loaded on to my acount?!?!

i have enough money in my acount and I didn’t cancel the order so did wyze just cancel it and give me my money back? so am I actually gonna get the car or did I waste all that time trying to buy it?

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.

It sounds like your order may have gone through, but you should also check with support on that too.
