Some of us have the opposite experience and have never been able to get the app-provided sounds to work for Wyze notifications. 🤷‍♂️

Since you’re using Android, and presumably your “Camera Shutter” sound is still somewhere on your device, you should be able to do something like this (depending on your Android version):

1. Long-press the Wyze app icon in your launcher or list of applications.
2. Tap **App info** in the pop-up menu.
3. On the **App info** screen, tap **Notifications**.
4. On the resulting screen, tap whichever **WyzeMessage** entry is indicating that it’s sending you the most frequent notifications.
5. On the **WyzeMessage** screen, tap **Sound** (it may say “App provided sound” at this point).
6. Navigate to and select your “Camera Shutter” sound.
7. Test by generating an event.
