Recently my parents had a internet outage which knocked out both cameras. When it came back while one camera was able to be reset and rejoined, the other is now saying its already in use under another account… but the account is theirs the camera has only ever worked with them.
Any idea how to fix this issue?
Is it a Battery Powered camera that gets connected to a base station? If so do not delete it from the account on the app or it will never connect again. Have you/they tried to just turn the power switch off on the back of the camera and turn it back on and/or disconnect the power from the base station, plug it back in and wait until the LED on the base turns solid Blue?
