I have 2 Wyze Motion Sensors and 1 Wyze connect Sensor which were dead after 1 year warranty. Before they died…kept offline…and had to reset over and over… I am sick of Wyze products.
This is so good for their business.

Unfortunately, this is a known problem which is why sense devices are no longer for sale.
If you’re up for the task, you can contact support and get them to send you new sensors. They will replace them for you but not before making you go through unnecessary “Troubleshooting” steps.
Wyze Service Representatives denied to replace the died Motion Sensors and Connection Sensors due to warranty expired.
Call their support and again and persistently tell them it’s a known issue (they’ve known about this issue for at least a year) and therefore should be replaced regardless.
Otherwise, some others on here have recommended good alternative brands although I can’t recall off the top of my head.
