I have a v.4 mounted watching a bird feeder. Whenever a bird presents itself, the camera is frantically displaying little boxes outlined in green all over the screen. When a video is downloaded, the green boxes remain. How to shut that visual off?
Live stream the V4 Camera and go to the Settings (Gear at top right), select Detection Settings and turn off the Motion Tagging option. This will eliminate the green box showing what triggered the camera.
Thanks. Will do.
All of a sudden I get
Motion detection notifications on my iPhone from several cameras
Never had this before
How do I turn this off?

What, exactly, is it that you’re seeing, and what do you expect to see. Also, are you using any kind of subscription?
If what you’re seeing is unwanted “Complete Motion Detected” notifications, then you may need to check/adjust settings for each affected camera, something like this:
If you’re not a subscriber and just want to turn off notifications, then you can do that within each Cam’s Settings ➜ Notifications or just navigate from the app’s Home screen to Account ➜ Notifications ➜ Push Notifications and make the appropriate changes there.
If you can’t do that, then it may be that the cameras you’re describing have been shared with you, in which case the owner account controls all notification settings.
Without more information, it’s difficult to understand the nature of the problem you’re describing and to suggest a simple solution.
