Just got this. Firmware up to date, 4.70.1.3311. Won’t let you “change” the selected “network” in “device info”.
Message pops up “You will need to update the device firmware to use this feature. OK”.
Well it IS the most recent firmware so you need to fix the firmware!
My regular v4 shows that also, it appears that feature has been added to the app but is pending addition to the firmware.
It does work on the v3 and Pan v3 so I’d expect it to come to the 4s soon, maybe with the RTSP firmware they’re working on.
In the meantime you just press the setup button on the cam, “add” a camera in the app, and just go through the steps, it will see that it is an existing cam and just change the wifi info.
If you’ve changed router or ISP, you also have the option of just putting your old network name and password in the new router so everything just automatically reconnects.
