Hello, I am still not seeing the latest Beta Firmware for the Wyze Cam v4 on my phone. I am running Wyze App v3.22.1 (979). I am enrolled in the Beta Program for v4 and is still showing 4.52.17.19 as the latest firmware. ---

4.52.17.26 available today for my v4’s, but never seems to install. Updating, or avail for update, Updated via bulk, updated via individual update per the firmware page, updated via each cam’s info page, never updates. Power cycled, tried again, no updating. Just “shows” updating. ---

Updated my Pan V3’s to 4.50.17.25 Still having the same issues. I was hopeful because one camera immediately recognized the card and worked for a few hours but now the same “ no video available “ has returned and it doesn’t shorw the card anymore and format failed is back. The two Pan V3’s that are running 4.50.16.6242 work fine. ---

I must be on the beta, I got this firmware update. Unfortunately I don’t think it fixed my pan cam v3. The problem is, I took the sd card out (after so long of it not working) and now I can’t get it to lock back in. ☹ ---

I was having this exact same issue on my phone. Pixel 9 Pro, latest Android update, enrolled in the beta program with the beta app. It has been completely unsuccessful at finding any beta firmware for my v3 pro and v4 cameras. I also have an iPad and enrolled in the beta there, the iOS version of the beta app finds the beta firmware just fine. I don’t know why the android beta isn’t working properly, I can select which cameras are beta enrolled etc. it just can’t find the beta firmware for any of my cameras. The Android app is v3.23.0 (b981) The iOS app is v3.22.0 (8) ---

so, it’s not working better on my newer camera. It’s not loading consistently and often not available. ☹ ---

I am still not able to get the latest Wyze Cam v4 Beta Version 4.52.17.26. I am stuck on Version 4.52.17.19 and am currently a Beta Tester. The previous Wyze Cam v4 Beta Versions would show up on my phone instantly to use but not 4.52.17.26. ---

I’ll give you mine. All five of my V4 cams show an update available to 4.52.17.26. I am not and never have been enrolled in the BETA program for the last 6 years and 10 months. 😬 I just keep tapping don’t ask me again and cancel. ---

I see the update on all of my V4s but bulk and individual update, neither works. I’vetried 4 times to update them and nothing works. ---

For me if I try to update from the account-\> firmware update page it never works (bulk or individual). It will say it’s updating but nothing is really happening - the camera still works. What does work is updating from the camera settings → device info section. That is of course if I haven’t tried the other method in which case, I have to wait hours before this will work. It seems to get stuck thinking it’s updating and takes a long time to reset. ---

Well my phone is finally showing 4.52.17.26 for my five v4 camera’s so possibly they fixed something on their end after me submitting the log. The Wyze Cam v4 beta Version 4.52.17.26 is no longer beta but now the phone won’t update the firmware whether going into the camera’s individually or Account/Firmware Update. Submitted log. Wyze must watch logs because I went into my camera’s settings individually and clicked Device Info/Firmware Version and updated all my v4’s to 4.52.17.26 and it went smoothly. I didn’t try to update them from Account/Firmware Update.
