My Wyze Battery Cam keeps saying offline. It seems to be recording but I cannot get a live view. I have powered it on and off, changed the battery and logged in and out and still cannot get the live feed to work. The app wouldn’t let me submit a log and wouldn’t play video events only played sound events. That seems to working fine now. I also looked for any firmware upgrade. Doesn’t show one for the app, says its current. Said I didn’t have any device’s listed first, closed out and back in it shows device’s and all are up to date.

There was an outage about an hour ago that affected some users. It appears to be mostly resolved or on the way back up.

What additional detail can you share about what isn’t working and what troubleshooting you’ve attempted so far? I don’t have Battery Cam Pro, so I’m unabled to provide detailed assistance, but if you can share some more information about your experience, then that might help others to help you.
