I am having trouble with my Wyze band. I really like it but I can not charge it fully. Ate 69 or 70% it starts vibrating incessantly. The charge never gets to full and the vibrating is a real pain. Any ideas on how to address this?
Try removing the band from the app and reset the band. If that fails, a call to support rather than email will receive faster results. Doing this does not delete stored data.
