while installing this bolt/keypad the bolt shown in the photo fell to the ground and the two pieces indicated in the photo popped out, a round metal piece with a +, and a thin metal rail that seemed to hold it in place… i’ve tried putting it back together but just can’t seem to figure out to get them to stay, or even if it’s the right way… can this be fixed on my end or is the bolt broken and i need another one? thanks!
