Wyze App. Doesn’t load cameras when on 5g

I have 13 wise cameras and pan cams combined. They all work flawlessly when they are connected to Wi-Fi but when I leave the house and I have my phone with me, which is an iPhone 15 Pro Max, none of the cameras will load up in the Wyze app on 5G or 4G so without Wi-Fi on my phone Renders the cameras and the app useless

This is a known issue Wyze is working on. Some people have some cameras that will only connect when you’re on the same network but are refusing to connect remotely. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Yes. I have that turned on as well.
I had a couple of other wyze users message me and say that this is an ongoing problem with Wyze and they’re supposedly trying to fix it
