Wyze app ambiguity in wording

I know I’m being picky but it would be nice if the app was clearer about the wording. My example below illustrates a language ambiguity that one can run into. (Experiments to determine the correct settings are difficult without spare devices.)

Welcome @Her_Kitty_Daddy

The High and Low speaks to the sensitivity. Therefore the High would be High Sensitivity. It will pick up more motion or sounds. If you want less sensitivity, move the slider towards the Low side.

I don’t use sound detection but do use motion and have that set up closer to High. But only notify on Person / Pet / Package where appropriate.

Language is only ambiguous if you think in scientific terms behind the meaning of sensitivity.

Scale is relative 1 - 100
Higher sensitivity = lower threshold.
Lower sensitivity = higher threshold.

For example, sound detection (values made up, we don’t know the actual values relative to scale values):

A lowest scale value of 1 = trigger threshold > 90 dB
A highest scale value of 100 = trigger threshold > 10 dB

Same for motion detection, only substitute pixel area for dB.

I also do not use sound detection as my cameras are inside windows looking out.

I have found Motion Detection Sensativity set at 90 on my Cam v3 cameras is my Sweet Spot.

Here is a Cloud video recording of a person crossing to my side of the street.

Here is video from my SD card just prior that did Not trigger Cloud Event recording with Sensativity set at 90.

This is my Sweet Spot because I want Person Notification if a person is on my sidewalk or in the street but not my neighbor walking to the red pickup in his driveway.
