Your wife’s phone and your iPad are running (very, very old) production Wyze apps. Those versions are unaffected by the beta server outage.
Your Pixel is running the latest Wyze beta test app.
There is currently a beta server outage that affects users running the beta test app. It may be limited to only the Android version of the beta app which is the version running on your Pixel. Any features located from Wyze app Home > Monitoring tab are currently inaccessible from Android beta app version 3.9.0.b727.

If you remove yourself from beta testing, roll back to the latest publicly available production Wyze app (version 3.8.7.725, November 19, 2025) from the Google Play Store, you will have full access to your normally available Events premium filters.
In the past few days I have noticed that the premium filter choices are missing. I don’t know how to get them back. I running Wyze beta app. I have Cam Unlimited. I have forced stop the app. Restarted the phone. Cleared the cache. What am I missing. Here’s what my filter page looks like now. Help!
Came back to this 2 weeks after reporting the issue. Still experiencing the same problem. Dropped out of the beta. Installed the public app (3.8.7.725). Confirmed return of missing features (filters).
