Stuff sits for a long time sometimes after I buy until implementation. Wyse cam v2 worked out of the box, got an update, updated and now will not work. I also cannot get the reset button to work as it will not reset. HELP. No matter if I hold 10 seconds or 60. My question is there some other way to reset. Can I get into the software if I hook it up to a computer?
