Wildlife detection for Cam Plus

I have a Rachio Sprinkler zone that turns on when rabbits and raccoons are in the garden, works perfectly. Obviously I’m not doing this with wyze…. Amcrest cam , and Scrypted. I don’t even have HA, homekit, alexa, or google in the loop. Scrypted straight to Rachio, zero latency, it’s great.

My wife’s flowerbeds have getting visitors and I wondered if Cam Plus + WYZE Sprinkler Controller + new Automation + Floodlight could help. It looks like the cat was trying out for a new Olympic category called “Bush Balancing” but then changed to “Sprinting” when my detect pet between 10 PM and 5 AM activate Flowerbed zone for 2 minutes automation triggered! I’m sure there are other videos like this but I wanted to share ours.

Add Wildlife detection as an option

Hi, if you’re like me, you are using these cams SPECIFICALLY TO DETECT WILDLIFE!

I want to see deer. And coyotes, and raccoons, and maybe even squirrels.

But that option isn’t available right now. Right now we have “pets”.

Let’s create an option for us to see wildlife please. Preferably before hunting season starts
