Why won't my license connect to my other cameras!

So I set up an annual subscription for the year (8 camera plan). I followed the instructions to add license to each camera. Only 2 cameras are recognized, WTH??? As of current I have 5 cameras active. Of them only 2 show up in the license assignment in settings. All active cameras are functional and recognized and working…but they won’t pull up in the activation menu. HELP please…so frustrating

You need to remove the camera’s from the Free Trial License first. Then they will appear in the list of camera’s to select from
