Why won’t my camera reset?

My camera has been off for about 6 months coz I can’t figure out how to get it back online. :confused:

What troubleshooting have you attempted so far? What did Support say when you contacted them? Have you tried a factory reset?

In addition to what @Crease is asking, can you provide the Camera Models you are working with and which platform, iOS or Android?
