Why does Wyze change things for the worse?

I was testing something and I needed to switch a V3 to another ssid. I have Cam Unlimited, In the past when I do this, I get the message that the camera is automatically being added to my subscription§. Now that message is gone and instead is asking me to choose “Basic” or subscribe to Cam Plus.

I chose “Basic” but when I checked my account online, it was rather added to my subscription.

§ I wanted to be able to remove a camera from Cam Unlimited and Wyze wouldn’t allow it. And now this.

The recent upgrade is a grab to force more money. Ionly use SD card to record all events. The new event filter is crap. I hate it. I liked the simplicity you gad before. Now I have trouble connecting to my cameras let alone it showing any valuable events. All i have is wyze cameras but maybe it’s time to start shopping for a better alternative
