Why did support treat me so poorly?

I opened a ticket and worked with someone but then was ghosted by the support person. I sent 3 emails after his last response yesterday morning but nothing. I am fricking pissed. Ticket# 2929403 if anyone would like to look into it.

You all make it so hard to get support, I don’t get it. Email, chat, reddit, wyze forum, facebook, Where should one really go to get the support?

Reddit, the forum and facebook are user-to-user communities. While the primary official support channels are chat and email, you can also call Customer Support (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT.

Thank you for posting the ticket number. Although you did not say how long it has been since your last email response, I have submitted your support ticket for escalation. Note that since it is now the weekend, you will not likely hear back from this escalation until next week.

You don’t mention the nature of the issue that requires support. You may want to post some info about that here or in a new topic. Your fellow users may be able to help you address the issue.

Thanks for the info. I was just extremely frustrated with being dismissed via email and was venting, but someone has now picked up the ball and assisting me again.
