Who do I contact?

I received an email on 3/17/21 saying that my Wyze Watch was shipped with a tracking number. I have yet to receive it and when I check the tracking number it says the a shipping label was created and USPS was awaiting the item.

I also checked my order on the Wyze web site and the watch does not show in the list of items that I ordered which is strange. I do have an order number from the email that I received.

I have checked all over the web site looking for a way to inquire about this but there is nothing so I have come here to see if I can get some concrete instructions on how to get this watch.

Did you look on your account on the app.> Account. Order history.?
I had a tracking/ shipping label created on 3/17/21 for a different item. It was finally shipped 3/24/21 and I got it 4/2/21 via USPS.
