Where have you looked so far? If you need to change the payment information for recurring billing for a subscription—and if you purchased that subscription directly from Wyze’s Web site and not via an app (i.e., you did not use Apple App Store or Google Play Store)—then you should be able to make changes at https://my.wyze.com/account/payment or by logging into Wyze Web Portal and using the sidebar to select Plans & billing ➜ Payment or the Manage payments button on the “My Plans” page.
You can also contact Wyze Support directly for assistance.
If your existing payment is through a third party (like an app store), then I believe you’ll have to make the change with whatever specific platform you’re using.
