Where are my face masks? Support is not responsive

I’ve now tried several times to get an answer from support as to were the face masks I ordered on 4/21 are. Nothing - no response. Yet they charged my card. Very disappointing. Have I been scammed?

Next step is to file a complaint with my charge card company.

I am sorry you are having a bad experience, I can say you have not been scammed. If you have a support ticket number could you post it here and I will get someone to look into it for you.

I’m super sorry about my delay here and the poor experience you’ve had. Have you heard back from support or received your masks yet? If not, would you like to give me your order and ticket numbers so I can look into this?

Ticket # 571106 sent 12 days ago…no response. I ordered masks and thermometer. I got masks 17days later but no thermometer. 25 days and counting. Order # 001940643. Was supposed to get some free light bulbs too.
