# When is the outdoor cam shipping?

I pre-ordered mine months ago and October is slowly coming to an end. Whenever I check the status in my account it just says that it will ship in October.

Any updates as to when they’ll be shipping?

There many other people with that exact same question!  
I have sent this question to the [@WyzeTeam](https://forums.wyze.com/groups/wyzeteam) and they’re looking into it.

It still says that it ships in October. Has anyone elses shipped yet? Seems like it will continue to say that come November.
