Does the annual renewal of cam plus take place on the anniversary of the purchase date or the date the subscription was added to a particular camera?
Pretty sure it is the anniversary of the purchase date. I think all their licenses are like that. So get them hooked up soon!
You can see the renew dates in the app under the Account tab > Services > Cam Plus – (should already be selected).

Thank you. That’s what I suspected. Was hoping that using SD card for continuous recording and person detection using cam plus lite would be all I needed. But can’t get person detection to work. So I guess I have to get cam plus. Oh well.
Be patient. They are working a known bug.
