When Changing Service Plans There is no Warning of a DOUBLE Charge

I recently acquired another camera and felt like it made sense to upgrade my existing Cam+ (Single Camera Yearly x3) to the unlimited plan.
I was just charged to renew the annual plan in August, so I thought that cost would be taken from the cost of the unlimited plan.
Not only did this not happen, there is no warning as you are ordering new services that it will not combine or take into consideration your previously purchased subscription.
SO now I am paying double for the next year for subscriptions on 3 of my 4 cameras.

Welcome to the Wyze User Community Forum @chrisakavern! :raising_hand_man:

Really sorry you had to experience that. But for about the last year all Wyze Subscriptions purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, including prorated portions if cancelled early. They also must be cancelled prior to renewal or they will auto-renew.

Any time someone here in the forum asks about transitioning to the Unlimited plan, I always caution them on the existing terms of their current subscriptions and recommend they purchase the Unlimited subscription immediately prior to the renewal date of their old subscription, transfer the cams to the new licenses, then terminate the old one.
