@DTGlasgow is probably talking about a lot of folks have had issues playing the first recorded video of the day which never loads, all others do. There is another post about that on the forum. Some users just paly it via the SD playback and it works. I updated my iphone to IOS 18.1 and am up to date on the firmware.This issue appeared right after the most recent app update a few days ago. i suspect it is a Wyze issue which will be corrected once the technical support people are made aware of it and implement an update fix.
