## I’ll tell you more than anyone has ever asked for about this in the forum so we have it here for future reference:

### To be specific, all 5 variations of the Wyze Can V3 are using a:

- **Galaxycore GC2053 CMOS image sensor.**

### There are variations with 3 different SOCs:

- T31AL
- T31X (slight optimizations in firmware and features but almost identical to T31AL)
- T31ZX (double the memory as the other 2 giving way better performance & video processing, also supports higher resolution, and more power efficient, advanced features like deep learning capabilities)

### And 2 different Wi-Fi modules:

- ATBM6031
- RTL8189FTV (marginally better stability and performance)

But all 5 variations of the V3 use the same CMOS and have the same amount of RAM (16MB).

### The only possible variation of the above that doesn’t exist is the T31AL SOC with the RTL8189FTV Wi-Fi Module.
