The green circle is a motion event.
The blue circle is an audio event.
What is the green bar going all the way up the right side?

It just indicates continuous recording to the SD card.

If you were set to recording Events only, to the µSD card, you would see the green bar only when there was recording.

I’ve also seen the vertical bar interrupted whenever there are gaps (for whatever reason) in continuous recording.
