What a disgusting app

Ok, it’s too soon to do this, but I’m doing it anyway. Wyze App Google Play rating is down ~5% since our last update (before the release of 3.0.)

Why too soon? To me it seems like it’s gone from 4.4 down to 4.2 since the release of 3.0. It definitely seems to be trending downward. It takes quite a bit to “move the needle” like that when you have that many reviews.

I clearly don’t understand how this works.

bribes are difficult to understand, play store ratings mean nothing

But why would they bribe them to make the rating go down? Cuz if they hadn’t it’d be down a whole lot more?

HOW DO I STOP THE V3 VERY SCREWEDUP APP, FROM TOUCHING ME, AS IT SEEMS TO UPDATE, WITH NO INPUT FROM ME. THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVING THE AUTO UPDATE ON OR OFF BUTTON, WHICH I HAVE TURNED OFF ON EVERY ITEM I CAN? THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP. Mike

Revert to previous app 2.x

Not happy Wyze released 3.0 without warning. We should all be given the opportunity to not elect the upgrade and block it… and revert to the previous app. The new app design is far less efficient use on space. I hate how I can’t see thumbnails of all my important cameras at a glance anymore. I also am very disappointed you forced this app in the store without comprehensive instructions to allow people to block it. Should have been released as a separate app for people to upgrade. I do not app…

What now What now What???

Reviews SOAR back from 113K to 119K, rating remains 4.2.

Oooooooooo the volatility! Oooooooooo the lack of humanity!

Okay, I’m calling it, ~3 months passed:

Reviews sprint from 119K to 125K, rating drops to 4.1 from 4.4.

Down ~7%
